Return Policy

FINAL SALE- Sale items can be exchanged only. No refunds will be issued for items purchased on sale. Exchange of size, if available, can be processed.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an order number. info@deelorriapparel.com You will be asked to supply the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Reason for the return

Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@deelorriapparel.com.
